For reservations with stay dates between May 1 and November 15, 2020 BSVR’s contract has been revised to create flexibility and peace of mind. Please note this option is  NOT available for stays of 30 nights or longer.  Normal cancellation policies apply on extended stay reservations. Please review  your guest  agreement carefully.

• 20% is due at time of booking
• Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival date (amended from 60 days)
• Cancellation is allowed for ANY reason up to 14 days prior to arrival for a fee of $100 (normally a 60 day notice is required)
• An addendum will be provided with these details at time of booking.
